Today we said 'farewell for now' to Steve's wonderful Mum. She will be so missed but he'll be giving her huge hugs and they will be looking after each other.

Folks speeding down the icy hill outside my place! Yup, that is a car on two wheels balanced on a front garden wall!! Just after I took this some stupid woman came speeding over this hill (when it is blind over the other side) and crashed into the silver and red cars you can see parked on the left hand side!

I was on an excited countdown to today! It was the day we had booked to see the two pandas at Edinburgh Zoo!! :-)

Weather was horrendous today! Wind reached 102mph in Edinburgh (where we were)! Spent the day mostly under the duvet and almost forgot to take my daily photo!! This is at a meal we had that evening with Rob's Dad OB & Joyce :-)

This morning we went to Leith to see the Royal Yacht Britannia - had a personal reason for wanting to see it as my Grandma's cousin was the Naval Architect of it! :-)

We booked a meal in a local Chinese called 'New Lee On' for 7pm.....most of New Years Day evening was spent like this - waiting! It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food! Not good!
